The Board of Directors Meeting Dates for 2012 |
You may find that an occasional Board Meeting may be re-arranged for another date, however you can check on the Common Room Calendar or you can ask at the office. The Board Meeting dates are only assigned until August as elections for the Board of Directors occurs at the Annual General Members Meetings (AGM) in late August. The first Wednesday after the AGM, the first Board meeting occurs and the election of officers to the Board of Directors takes place. At that time the meeting dates will be established for the remainder of 2012 until August of 2013. If you want to address a matter or a concern with the Board of Directors, please put a letter in the Board of Directors box in the Common Room on the weekend before the Board meeting. Upon receiving your request, we will add you to the Agenda for the upcoming meeting. We will respond to your request by letter and inform you of the time you are on the Agenda for that meeting. You may have a new concept or idea that you would like to address with the Board and we would be equally thrilled to put you on the Agenda. As a Member, you are always welcome to attend a Board of Directors Meeting except during an In camera/confidential session.
