At the Meeting on December 5th , it was decided that Maintenance Committee meetings will be held the first Thursday of every month.

The following are the dates of the meetings for year:

• March 1st
• April 5th
• May 3rd
• June 7th
• July 5th
• August 2nd
• September 6th
• October 4th
• November 1st
• December 7th

The meeting time is 7 p.m. in the Common Room.
